Cut off time for shipping is 2pm EST. Ground shipping is typically 2-3 business days but can be as many as 7 depending on geographic location of product and end user.

Orders outside of the continental US are subject to additional freight and duty charges and require an additional 3-4 days for order processing, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery to an address outside of the continental US.

Expediated delivery services are available for an extra charge. REQUESTING OVERNIGHT DELIVERY SERVICE does not guarantee the item will be received THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY, only that when available to ship the delivery speed will be Next Business Day.

Orders require a PHYSICAL ADDRESS (No PO BOXES) & a PHONE NUMBER to provide the carrier and cannot be shipped without one. Orders placed with no contact phone number, incomplete or incorrect delivery address that are returned to us requiring a second shipping attempt or that result in an additional shipping charge from the carrier to reach their destination will incur an additional freight charge.
